in a transistor collector and base junction is reverse biased. The signal applied to base cannot be pass from base to collectror. In amplifier the output is taken from collector, how it is possible.

Please quote the question correctly..in which mode r we opreratin??common base,common collector or commom emitter..if ur takin abt common collector..then amnt of leakage current flows..an gainmia approx =1,hence it is just used for impedence matching
