hello I am conducting an intergrated circuit for MMPT in photovoltaics .I am going to use Magic VLSI so my basic concerns are power and area.My question is which technology file do i have to use? and also does anyone know if there is a source with all techfiles with their specs for example Vdd volta microns etc ? thanks in advance
